Reminder to parents of students in grades 3-5: If your child is signed up for art camp the first day is today. Students will need to be picked up at Door 26 (triple doors by the gym) at 4:00. If you have any questions you can call the elementary office at 875-2083

Congratulations to Kara Green for having her art work displayed at the Cincinnati Art Museum this week as part of the 10 X 10 Teen Art Expo. Kara’s picture Titled “My Comfort Zone” was selected from hundreds of submissions from middle and high school students across the tri state region. Her artwork will be displayed through Saturday. Congratulations to Mrs. Campbell for passing her Resident Educator Summative Assessment! RESA allows new teachers to demonstrate their ability to analyze & reflect on their teaching practice, a necessary skill for teachers to continually improve their instruction.
This past Thursday night the 7th & 8th grade Science Club participated in the African Predator Prowl-Nocturnal Adventures overnight at the Cincinnati Zoo! They had fun with animal encounters, behind the scenes fun and learning about predator/prey interactions!

Fayetteville-Perry Local School students will be out for Spring Break, March 25th- March 29th. On March 25th & 26th, Southern Hills Career Technical Center Students will need to catch the bus at the school prior to 7:35 a.m. The bus will depart at 7:35 a.m. Staff and Students will be back in session on Monday, April 1st, 2024. PTO held an assembly for grades pre K - 8. It was great seeing our administrators and staff go all out to hype our kids up in a race to help raise $ in a Penny Wars fundraiser.
The Lake Lorelei leadership team made a personal donation of $550 to the Fayetteville PTO for the purchase of a sun screen to be installed on the ES playground. Thank you for your generosity to FPLS.

If your child is NOT a current student in our Pre-K program you will make an appointment for screening during the registration process. Congratulations to our very own Fayetteville FFA Chapter, as they have been named a Gold Rated Chapter by the Ohio FFA Association! This means they are in the Top 10% of all FFA chapters in the state. This is a result of them applying for the National Chapter Award, which highlights their activities they do throughout the year. They will be recognized on stage at the Ohio FFA State Convention in May.
