🌱💚 Happy National Teach Ag Day! 💚🌱
Today, we celebrate the educators who do so much more than teach agriculture, they inspire, lead, mentor, and help grow the next generation of leaders.
Today, we are especially proud to celebrate Fayetteville-Perry FFA Advisor, Mr. Nathan Birkhimer! 💙💛
Nathan’s dedication to his students and agricultural education is evident in everything he does, from the classroom and FFA activities to community events, leadership opportunities, and all the moments in between. He creates experiences that students will carry with them long after they leave Fayetteville-Perry.
Thank you, Mr. Birkhimer, for investing your time, energy, and heart into our students. Thank you for showing them that agriculture is about so much more than farming, it’s about leadership, responsibility, service, relationships, and building a future.
🌾 You inspire. You educate. You grow.
💚 Strong Students. Brighter Communities. Bolder Futures.
Help us wish Mr. Birkhimer a Happy National Teach Ag Day! 👏🌱

🎣 Outdoor Recreation Fishing Field Trip! 🎣
Our Outdoor Recreation students had a great day putting their fishing skills into practice! They enjoyed time on the water, learned more about Ohio fish species and fishing techniques, and of course, had fun catching some fish!
It was a great opportunity to take what we’ve learned in the classroom and experience it hands-on outdoors. 🌿🎣
So thankful for opportunities like this that make learning memorable!

In art class, our elementary students read "The Dot" by Peter H. Reynolds. We discussed how sometimes you just need to make a dot and see where it can take you when creating art!
Students then created their own "dots" to create a collaborative installation piece. Each grade used various shades of one color. 5th grade--Red 4th grade--Orange 3rd Grade-- Yellow 2nd Grade-- Green 1st Grade-- Blue Kindergarten-- Boys did Purple, Girls did Pink
Everyone is an artist, you just have to be brave enough to start!
Happy International Dot Day!
