Today, the Rhonda Connor Scholarship and Catholic K of C Scholarships were sent out. Complete and submit on the Google Form in the email from Mrs. Greco. Due 4/26 & 4/27. Also, please submit the local scholarship additional info form if you received it today by 4/21.

THE RHONDA CONNOR SCHOLARSHIP
A scholarship fund has been created in memory of Rhonda Connor, a Fayetteville community member who lost her battle with breast cancer in the summer of 2012. Rhonda's fight against cancer was an inspiration to those who knew her, and as a result, a committee has come together to raise funds and offer scholarships for Fayetteville graduates in her memory.
Application requirements:
1. Graduating Senior from Fayetteville High School
2. Have a minimum GPA of 2.5
3. Be of good character
4. Exhibit leadership qualities
5. must be accepted into college or technical school.
Please complete the applications by typing in the form below. After the applications have been submitted, the committee will meet to review the applications. Recipients will be announced at the awards ceremony on May 11th. Winners will receive information on how the award will be dispersed. Prom Tickets are on sale in the High School Office. All permission forms, guest forms and ticket sales will be final on April 30th.
1. All guest must fill out a permission packet! Both you and your guest.
2. If your guest does not attend Fayetteville, or does but is a Freshman or Sophomore you will need to fill out a Guest Form.
3. Tickets are $40 each or $60 per couple. Checks can be written to Fayetteville-Perry Local Schools.
4. April 30th is the LAST day to turn in forms and buy tickets. No late papers or ticket sales will be allowed.
