Toby Sheets was recognized for achieving 500 career wins from his time coaching our Fayetteville Varsity Lady Rockets ! This took place at UD Arena during the state girls basketball games on Saturday March 12.

Parent/Guardians: This is a reminder that students should not be dropped off in front of the Middle School between 7:20 - 7:45. We do not want students walking in front of the busses as they are moving in the parking lot. With the time change this weekend, it will darker during this time, causing a safety issue for students. Students should be dropped off in front of the High School during this time. Student safety is the number one priority and with your help, we can ensure all students remain safe in the parking lot. Fayetteville Middle School would like to Congratulate AJ Johnson for winning the school Spelling Bee. AJ was 1 of 19 Middle School students who participated in the school wide Spelling Bee. Students first had to win their classroom Spelling Bee and then they were able to compete in the school wide Spelling Bee. Congratulations to all of the participates who won there class level competition.
Fayetteville-Perry Local Schools conducted a preventive drug search and no illegal drugs were detected! The Rocket Students and Staff did a great job during the process. Thank you to the following K-9 Units and law enforcements agencies who assisted in the preventive drug search: Batavia, Brown County Sheriffs Department, Fayetteville, Goshen, North College Hill, Union Township, & Williamsburg. Lets continue to stay drug free! And as always... Go Rockets!

FHS PARENTS:
We are happy to announce Fayetteville High School will be offering FREE, IN-PERSON, AFTER-SCHOOL tutoring sessions beginning Tuesday, March 15, 2022. Tutoring will be offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:00 PM to 4:15 PM until May 12, 2022.
Tutoring will be provided for each core subject area: Math, Science, Language Arts, and Social Studies. The hope is to make up for learning lost during the Covid-19 pandemic. We hope to better prepare students for End of Course Exams, assist students who need to raise their grades, and, most importantly, make sure students have the opportunity to learn the knowledge and skills needed for success in the future.
Transportation is the parents’ responsibility. Students will need to be picked up at 4:15. We know rising gas prices could pose an issue for many of our students, so to help alleviate some of those worries, we will be giving gas cards to students who participate, as well as providing a nice snack to all who attend the tutoring sessions.
