Elementary parents: A couple of items for your information. First of all, this round of parent-teacher conferences on February 11 will be conducted either by phone or through another remote platform. We will not have face-to-face conferences. Teachers have sent letters out to those they wish to meet with. If you did not get a letter but would like to schedule a conference please call the elementary office.
Secondly, if you wish to order a yearbook for the 2020-21 school year it can be done only online. The information needed to place that order is in the attached picture.
If you have any questions concerning these items, or want to schedule a conference, please call the elementary office at 875-2083

Elementary Parents: Today we will be distributing packets for remote learning. We will be delivering the packet in the form that you requested during the last remote learning week (e.g. if you requested a paper packet last time you will get one this time or if you accessed the material online that is how you will access this time) unless you contact your child's teacher by noon today changing that choice. Packet delivery will occur either by the PM bus routes or through our normal student pickup line. If your child is not a regular bus rider in the afternoon please let us know how you wish to get the packet delivered. The pickup line will begin at 2:30. Packets will be distributed using the number on your mirror tag so make sure it is visible to those at the pickup points. If you don't have a mirror tag you can give your child's last name to the staff member at the pickup point. If you are having packets delivered by bus please either have someone ready at the stop for pickup or we can send the packet in with an older sibling. If you have any questions regard this procedure you can call the elementary office at 875-2083.

FES Parents: A couple of items as we enter into this week of remote learning.
1. Challenge students will not attend class in person at the CTC this week. Check communication platforms for instructions on possible remote activities for your child this week from the Challenge Program.
2. A reminder that we will use afternoon bus routes on Monday to deliver paper packets to students' homes. We will also run our normal student pickup procedure to allow for parents to pick up packets as well. This material will also be available on teacher websites accessible through our district website at www.fpls.us. Material will be delivered to you in the same method as it was during our last remote week. For example, if you requested paper packets or accessed material online yourself that is the method we will use this time. If you would like to change your method of access to the material please contact your child's teacher by 10:00 am on Monday. Teachers will be available through Google Meet every day as they were last time. Please pay attention to your child's email, and other communication platforms, for additional information on how instruction will be delivered.
We appreciate your flexibility in this process. As always, the safety of our students and staff is first and foremost in our minds. If you have any further questions you can call the elementary office at 875-2083
