Parents/Guardians: Fayetteville Perry will once again be participating in the USDA Summer Feeding Program. This is a non-income based meal program. Meals will be available for pickup and Delivery. Any household with children 18 and under are eligible to receive 5 days of meals per child. The pickup and delivery will be on Tuesdays of each week. Pickup location will be at the back of the Elementary at door #33 from 9:30 to 11:00 am and the delivery time will be from 9:00 to 11:00 am. If you would like to sign up for the summer meals please contact Cindy Phillips @ 513-875-5096 or email @ cindy.phillips@fpls.us. Please include the following information, your last name, number of children in household, pickup or delivery, and address if delivery is needed. Please respond by 5-27-2021 @ 2:30 pm.
