Cindy St.Clair has been a fixture at FPLS for over four decades where she has taught a wide array of music classes to students in grades 4-12. She currently serves as the Middle/High School General Music and Instrumental Music Instructor for grades 6-12. Cindy has a Bachelor’s in Music Education from Morehead State University, a Master’s in Educational Leadership and Supervision from the University of Dayton, and she holds a Permanent (K-12) Music Certificate. Cindy is the director of the FPLS Marching Band, Pep Band, and Concert Band, and she hosts the legendary FPLS Band Camp each summer!. Throughout her long career in education, Cindy has supported both her students and her peers, serving as the long-time FPEA President. Cindy and her husband, David, have been married for 38 years; they have a son, Christopher, and three dogs, Bentley, Brutus, and Happy.


Megan Bradford in her second year teaching seventh and eighth grade English Language Arts at FPMS. She has a B.A. in Middle Grades Education from Northern Kentucky University and is currently completing the Ohio Department of Education’s Resident Educator Program. Megan has a Middle Childhood License in (4-9) Language Arts, Reading and Mathematics. In addition to working with students in the classroom, Megan is the FPMS Junior National Honor Society Advisor, she facilitates the Middle School Spelling Bee, and she’s the assistant HS Volleyball Coach in her hometown of Williamsburg. Megan enjoys playing volleyball and softball, painting, crafting, and spending time with her new husband and their dog, Apache.


Jennifer Zeigler teaches Kindergarten at FPES and is currently in her eighth year of education. Jen has a Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education from Wright State University, a Master’s in Reading from Nova Southeastern University, and holds a Professional Early Childhood (P-3) License. In her free time, she enjoys reading, baking, gardening, and generally just being outside – especially at the beach! Jen and her husband have been married for eight years; they have a two-year-old son and two fur-babies.


Kaitlyn Gardner is an Intervention Specialist in her sixth year at FPES. She has a Bachelor’s in Communication Sciences and Disorders and a Master’s in Special Education, both from the University of Cincinnati. Kaitlyn holds an Intervention Specialist (K-12 Mild/Moderate) licensure and is currently completing the Ohio Department of Education’s Resident Educator Program. Katilyn enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, camping, boating, and drag racing! She and Chris – her “awesome bearded hubby” – just celebrated their first year of marriage, and they are expecting their first baby in April. Congratulations Kaitlyn and Chris!

Congratulations to Mr. Carlier on being inducted into the Brown County Athletic HALL OF FAME! This presentation took place between Wednesday nights Brown County Holiday Tournament games at Eastern High School. Mr. Sheet’s presented him with his award.
