Parents/Guardians of Fayetteville Elementary Students, It is important that we have correct information regarding your instructions for the transportation of your child before and after school hours. We understand that circumstances for each family may be different from day to day over the course of the week. We have developed this form so we can pick up and drop off our students safely and efficiently each day. We ask that you fill out and sign this form every year. If it is necessary to make changes during the school year please call the elementary office. Office personnel will use the prior form until an updated form is submitted. If you have any questions please call the elementary office at (513) 875-2083. EACH INDIVIDUAL STUDENT MUST HAVE THIS FORM ON FILE SO FILL OUT THIS FORM FOR EACH OF YOUR CHILDREN WHO ARE STUDENTS AT THE ELEMENTARY. DEADLINE TO SUBMIT THIS FORM IS 11:59 PM ON THURSDAY, AUGUST 11. IN ORDER TO SAVE MONEY ON POSTAGE NO FORMS WILL BE MAILED. If you have already filled the form out in the past week there is no need to do it again. The Fayetteville-Perry Athletic Department would like to inform you that due to low participation numbers in HS Football and HS Golf we will not be able to offer those programs for the 2022-2023 school year. We are disappointed in not being able to offer these programs at this time but will continue to plan and offer them for 2023-2024.

💚Green & 🤍White Night will be held Aug. 5th. Parade lineup will begin at 6:00 behind the elementary school. We are excited to introduce all MS, HS Fall Teams, youth soccer/football teams, and cheerleaders. Lets rally together and wish them good luck in their upcoming seasons. Rocket spiritwear and concessions will be available.

FPLS staff surprised our Superintendent, Tim Carlier, with decorations, well wishes, and a few funny gifts for his 40th birthday Happy Birthday Mr. Carlier!

🏈Fayetteville Touchdown Club is having a fundraiser today at Texas Roadhouse in Milford from 3-10pm! When you check out tell them you are with Fayetteville TD Club and 10% of total food bill will go to TD Club!

🏀JH Boys Basketball Open Gym this Tuesday July 19 in the HS Gym from 4:30-6:00pm. This is open for any boy entering the 7th and 8th grade.

Parent/Guardian and Community Members, Due to last weeks disasters , Fayetteville-Perry Local Schools hosted a meeting with members from Lake Lorelei, Brown County Public Health and Department of Safety, Fayetteville-Perry Township, and State Representative Adam Bird to discuss the needs of our community. As Brown County is taking the proper steps to provide opportunities to meet our community needs, we do want to thank "Team Rubicon" as they have volunteered to provide aid in the recovery process. Team Rubicon is currently being housed on school campus during their time in our community.
