Students recently had the incredible opportunity to participate in a hands-on site visit to Elite Biomedical Solutions and Hi-Tek Manufacturing as part of their Lean Manufacturing Site Experience through the high school Pre-Apprenticeship Program.
During the visit, students explored real-world applications of lean principles, observed advanced manufacturing processes, and gained valuable insight into high-demand career pathways. Experiences like this help bridge the gap between classroom learning and industry expectations, giving our students a glimpse into their future careers.
